eNetWeb Media (the company) offers a 60 day money back guarantee. If during the first 60 days after ordering the Podcast Toolkit, you (the user) are unhappy with your Podcast Toolkit, you may submit a full refund request. Any such request must be made before the end of 60 days from the moment the initial payment was made. Access to the Podcast Toolkit will then be immediately terminated upon refunding and the software will no longer work.

No refund will be issued after the 60 days of ordering the Podcast Toolkit.

All cancellations must be made by user via eNetWeb Media eNetWeb Media. Upon request of cancelled of order eNetWeb Media will terminate the Podcast Toolkit.

Payment of US $37.00 is for the purchase of Podcast Toolkit. The price does not include installation of any kind.

User agree to keep the Podcast Toolkit for their sole use only. eNetWeb Media track all users and will take appropriate action, which could lead to termination of your toolkit access without refund of any fees paid plus legal action for loss of revenue.

eNetWeb Media provides the information, products and resources "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Users agree that eNetWeb Media shall not be responsible for any downloading of items from the toolkit. Use of the Podcast Toolkit is at the users own risk and that the users will be solely responsible for any damages to their computer or data that results.

Users agree the resources which the Podcast Toolkit provides are respected and not abused by user. Any fraud, scam, using Podcast Toolkit resources is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with accordingly.

An affiliate will not receive any commission for a Podcast Toolkit order for his / her use under his / her own affiliate link.
